In this update - Rights Issue Cleansing Notice vs. Prospectus

Under recent changes to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), listed companies and managed investment schemes may now make a pro rata rights issue of securities (in an already quoted class) to existing security holders without a prospectus or product disclosure statement, provided that the issuer releases a "cleansing notice".
