- Shrek marketing activities did not contravene Food & Beverages Advertising Code
The Advertising Standards Board recently held that Shrek marketing activities did not contravene the AANA Food & Beverages Advertising & Marketing Communications Code. The decisions provide useful guidance to manufacturers and advertisers of food and beverage products on the types of messages and creatives which may be legally adopted in advertising food and beverage products to children without contravening the Code.
