People
Mr Peter Romano J.P. Dip Law completed his legal studies through the NSW Legal Practitioners Admissions Board. Peter has been with the Firm for 15 years and is now Managing Partner and Partner-in-Charge of the Criminal, Family and Conveyancing areas of the Firm. Mr Romano was a previous member of the ACT Law Society Council and a past Chair of the ACT Young Lawyers Committee, as well as previously sitting on the ACT Law Office Managers Forum and the Law Council of Australia Young Lawyers Committee.
Mr Andrew Satsia BEc LLB (Hons) has worked with the firm for a number of years and is Partner-in-Charge of Litigation and Commercial. Andrew completed his Economics degree majoring in Accounting at the Australian National University and then proceeded to obtain his Law degree at the University of Canberra. Andrew practices principally in the areas of Civil Litigation, Insurance Litigation and Property Law. Andrew also provides commercial advice in transactional matters.
Ms Bruna Romano C.L.E. Bruna founded the Firm in 1968 after completing her Articles in Melbourne. Mrs Romano is now a Consultant in the Firm and practising in the areas of Family Law, Litigation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Personal Injuries, Workers Compensation, Succession and Mediation & Arbitration.
Mr John Memmolo LLB (Hons.) BEc is the Commercial Consultant at Romano & Co. John joined the Firm in 1979 after completing his Law and Economics degrees at the Australian National University in 1972. Mr Memmolo's main fields of practice include Commercial Law, Company Law, Property Law, Industrial Disputes and Succession.
Mr Domenico Romano LLB BSsc joined the Firm in the mid 70's after completing his Law degree at the Australian National University. Prior to completing his Law degree Domenico gained extensive experience as a Federal Agent of a law enforcement agency. Mr Romano is a Consultant in the Firm and practices in the areas of Criminal Law, Common Law, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Personal Injuries, Workers Compensation, Industrial Disputes and Mediation & Arbitration matters.
Ms Lissa Miller is the Office Administrator and has been with the Firm for over 13 years.
Ms Angela Ramunno is the Firm's Commercial Paralegal.
Ms Michelle Harrington is the Litigation Paralegal.
